为提高高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,以LD10铝合金为研究对象,将SiO2,TiO2混合物作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用TIG方式进行焊接.研究SiO2,TiO2混合物作为活性剂对焊缝深宽比、显微组织和接头显微硬度的影响.结果表明:SiO2,TiO2混合物活性剂的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大;添加活性剂焊件的焊缝晶粒较常规焊缝粗大,其焊缝硬度低于常规焊接件.
In the process of joining workpieces by the technology of TIG,active flux of SiO2 and TiO2 mixture was utilized to increase the welding efficiency of LD10 high strength aluminum. In order to study the effect of active flux on depth?to?width ratio, microstructure of joint,metallographic observation and hardness test were carried out. The experimental results show that the width and depth are increased,while the hardness of weding seam with SiO2 and TiO2 mixture as active flux is lower than that of normal welding seam,the joint microstructure with active flux is coarser than that of normal welding.
