阐述了当处于低温环境时,手会出现血管扩张(cold induced vasodilatation,CIVD)以及组织温度会在一定范围内出现振荡的现象,此现象的研究可广泛用于南极考察、登山、寒冷地区、航空航天和低温医学等低温环境下的热防护和手动作业.本文通过对组织结构热特性、血液循环、人体热调节系统和作业工效等方面研究的分析,指出手部低温热生理研究中的成功和不足之处,并提出了系统地描述手部的低温热生理现象的基本思路,将有助于生物医学、传热学和工效学的相互交融,促进手的热生理研究纵深发展.
