氟碳丙烯酸酯(氟丙)乳液是水乳胶涂料的主要成膜物质之一.为了提高其耐水性、附着力等性能,通过种子乳液聚合法将叔碳酸酯(VC)和氟碳丙烯酸酯(FA)功能单体引入丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,制备了核壳型叔碳改性氟丙乳液,采用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、耐水性、附着力等对乳液及乳胶膜进行了测试表征,并考察了氟碳单体用量、叔碳单体加料方式及用量、核壳质量比对乳液聚合及乳胶膜性能的影响.结果表明:当氟碳单体用量为8%,叔碳单体加入壳中且用量为6%,核壳质量比为1∶1时,制备的乳液具有明显的核壳结构,乳胶膜接触角可达105.5°,吸水率仅为3.7%,附着力为1级.
