在由高纯硅和5CB液晶组成的光子晶体中,掺杂一装有电极的5CB液晶层作为调制层,由此构成了一可调滤波器.利用传输矩阵法计算了其透射谱,结果表明:控制调制层上电压有无,使调制层的折射率发生变化,就可以实现透射峰中心的移动,从而达到滤波波长可调的目的.该滤波器的结构周期以6至7为宜,且有一定的角度宽容性,特别适合小角度入射的情况.
