合成了5-苯基-2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑(PATD)和2,5-二苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(DPTD)两种噻二唑衍生物.通过电化学技术研究了这两种物质在50 mg/L S-乙醇溶液中对银电极的影响.结果表明这两种油溶性化合物对银产生明显的缓蚀作用,PATD和DPTD的缓蚀效率分别为93.0%和90.8%.采用金相显微镜和表面接触角观察了银片在未添加和添加缓蚀剂的溶液中腐蚀前后的表面形貌.结果表明:通过金相显微镜可以看到,两种缓蚀剂在银片表面形成了保护膜,有效地抑制了银片的腐蚀;PATD和DPTD在银片表面的接触角分别为84.2°和100°,接触角明显增大,也说明缓蚀剂吸附到了金属的表面,形成了疏水膜.两种缓蚀剂吸附到银表面遵循Langmuir吸附等温方程,计算得PATD和DPTD的△G2d分别为-34.3 kJ/mol和-36.7 kJ/mol,吸附属于以化学吸附为主的混合型吸附.
