采用超声场中醇盐水解法制备出平均粒径15 nm的纳米Sb2 O3阻燃剂,用XRD、TEM对纳米Sb2O3阻燃剂进行了表征,采用超声波技术减小了纳米Sb2 O3的粒径,减轻了团聚现象.通过实验研究了超声波功率和超声时间对产品粒径的影响,得到了较佳制备工艺条件.探讨了超声波应用的机理,发现超声场对纳米Sb2O3晶型有影响,通过超声场制备的纳米Sb2 O3为立方晶型.同时,将纳米Sb2 O3阻燃剂用于阻燃性聚乙烯(PE)/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)保温材料阻燃中,较大幅度地提高了阻燃性PE/EVA保温材料的力学性能和阻燃性能.
