为了监测冷却壁热态状况,将人工智能仿真技术引入到冷却壁数值仿真中,建立了基于传热数学模型与人工智能技术结合的高炉冷却壁系统智能仿真模型。通过训练冷却壁热态试验数据样本,得出了基于参数修正因子的高炉冷却壁的智能仿真模型。该模型能在线监测高炉冷却壁的热态状况。

In order to monitor the thermal status of blast furnace stave, an intelligent simulation technique was developed. The intelligent simulation model was built by use of combined model,based on mathematical model of heat transfer and the technique of artifical intelligence. The intelligent simulation model of blast furnace cast steel stave based on correction factor of parameters obtained by training the samples of test data of cast steel stave. The model of high accuracy can online predict the thermal status of blast furnace stave.
