为了探究单晶高温合金DD6热变形再结晶行为,采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机和电子背散射衍射系统(EBSD)研究了其力学性能及显微组织,以及再结晶的临界变形条件.结果表明,在实验温度范围内,单晶合金再结晶程度随变形温度增加而提高,随变形量增加以及变形速率降低而增加;再结晶的产生机制是由于合金相的不连续脱溶析出引起取向差的变化,产生晶粒的变化;在1090 ~ 1050℃,应变速率为0.1~1s-1范围内,合金变形量超过6%将会发生再结晶现象.
