利用电化学阻抗谱原位监测浸泡在人体模拟液(SBF)中生物活性PEO陶瓷膜表面上羟基磷灰石(HA)的形核和生长过程,评价PEO陶瓷膜的体外生物活性.结果表明,在SBF模拟液中浸泡7 d后,含硅PEO陶瓷膜阻抗谱的高频段出现一个新的时间常数;同时,最外层氧化膜电阻值显著增加,说明HA晶粒在膜层表面形核并快速生长;基准PEO陶瓷膜在SBF模拟液中浸泡18 d后,最外层电阻值才有上升趋势,而且增长速度非常缓慢.含硅PEO陶瓷膜中CaSiO3和SiO2为羟基磷灰石的沉积提供了更多的异质形核点,因此大大提高其生物活性.

The nucleation and growth process of apatite on the surface of bioactive PEO film in SBF solution were monitored by in situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that after 7 days immersion in SBF solution,a new time constant appeared in the high frequency range of EIS for Siincorporated PEO film,which implied the commencement of apatite nucleation on the surface of PEO film with Si.However,for PEO film without Si,after 18 day immersion in SBF solution,the resistance(Rp) value just began to increase.The incorporation of CaSiO3 and SiO2 into PEO film might provide more heterogeneous nucleation sites for the deposition of apatite and hence increased the bioactivity of the film.
