旋转偏析是一种高效节能、环境友好的物理冶金方法.该方法具有杂质祛除效果好、提纯时间短、可实现工业规模化生产等优点,并且在日本的铝、硅提纯工业上得到广泛应用.使用该方法对工业原铝进行提纯,其提纯的纯度可以满足不同领域的需求.阐述了旋转偏析法的原理、工艺过程及提纯效果,总结了日本旋转偏析法从1984年至今的研究进展,并对我国偏析法提纯前景作出展望.
