针对复合材料夹芯结构受到外来物体的撞击后易产生冲击损伤的特点,结合Hashin失效准则和泡沫压碎模型,在Abaqus/Explicit中建立了闭孔聚氯乙烯泡沫夹芯结构有限元模型.在验证模型正确的基础上,分析了通用接触和面面接触对载荷历程及界面分层面积的影响,并分析了面面接触下,冲击区域处(30mm×30mm)三种网格尺寸(0.5mm,1.0mm及1.5mm)对夹芯结构低速冲击响应的影响.研究结果表明,面面接触更适合模拟夹芯板的低速冲击响应.当冲击能量为4J,网格尺寸为0.5mm时,接触力载荷历程与试验得到的载荷曲线更接近,但是曲线上不能观察到载荷突降点,而1.0mm和1.5mm时载荷历程曲线上都能观察到载荷突降点,并且都出现在0.0005s附近.
