用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法表征了有机锡化合物((H9C4)2Sn(NCO-R-OCN)2)对氰酸酯树脂固化反应的催化作用,并测定了其固化反应动力学.结果表明,在固化反应的凝胶阶段,催化固化反应动力学分别对氰酸酯单体浓度和催化剂浓度表现为一级反应.对于Arocy L-10型氰酸酯,表现活化Ea=66.1 kJ/mol,频率因子In A=11.9;对于双酚A型氰酸酯(BADCy),表现活化能Ea=69.0kJ/mol,频率因子ln A=12.6.
