采用水-离子液体(溴代1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑盐,[Bmim]Br)为溶剂,以CdCl2和Na2 SeSO3为反应物,在水热条件下于120℃制备出具有新型纳米结构的CdSe.利用XRD、SEM和EDS对产物的物相结构和形貌等进行分析,结果表明产物为分散性良好、平均粒径约为3μm的纤锌矿CdSe微米球,并且制备的CdSe微米球由平均直径约为100nm的纳米棒组装而成.CdSe新型纳米结构的紫外-可见光谱在282 nm处出现最大吸收峰,发生了显著的蓝移,表现出显著的量子尺寸效应.
