为了研究NiCoCrAlY/Al2O3-30%B4C复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能,采用化工冶金包覆、离心喷雾造粒和固相合金化技术制备了NiCoCrAlY/Al2O3-30%B4C复合粉体,并采用等离子喷涂技术制备了NiCoCrAlY/Al2O3-30%B4C复合涂层,采用SEM、XRD和摩擦磨损试验机对涂层的结构和性能进行了研究.结果表明,NiCoCrAlY/Al2O3-30%B4C复合涂层呈典型的层状结构,涂层的主晶相为NiCoCrAlY、B4C和Al2O3相.随温度升高,涂层摩擦系数逐渐增大,涂层磨损率先增大后降低.低温下,涂层的主要磨损机制为磨粒磨损和脆性断裂;高温下为磨粒磨损、氧化和金属氧化物的转移.
