采用活性熔剂保护熔炼,水冷铜模激冷铸造技术制备了A1—5.8Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0.1Zr(质量分数,%)合金板材,通过透射电镜及光学显微镜观察、硬度测量、力学性能测试、剥落腐蚀和晶间腐蚀实验,研究了铝镁钪合金在不同温度稳定化退火后的力学性能、显微组织和腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着稳定化退火温度的升高,合金板材强度下降而塑性升高;腐蚀抗力呈上升趋势,达到250℃后变化不大。合金板材经300℃/1h稳定化退火后可以达到强度、塑性和耐蚀性的最佳配合。
Al-5.8Mg-0.4Mn-0.25Sc-0. 1Zr (mass fraction, ~//0) alloy sheets were made through smelting under active flux protection and water-chilling copper-mould casting. The effects of annealing temperature on the mechanical properties, microstructure and corrosion resistance of the alloy were studied by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), optical microscopy (OM), hardness measurement, tensile testing, exfoliation corrosion and intergranular corrosion experiments. The results show that with the increase in stabilizing annealing temperature, the strength decreases but the plasticity increases, the corrosion resistance first increases and then unchanges above 250℃. Stabilizing annealing at 300℃ for lh can get a good combination of strength, plasticity and corrosion resistance to Al-Mg-Sc aluminum alloy sheet.
