将邻苯二甲酰壳聚糖制成混悬液,对普萘洛尔素片包衣.以普萘洛尔包衣片为例,考察邻苯二甲酰壳聚糖作为包衣膜材料的缓释性能.试验结果表明,邻苯二甲酰壳聚糖作为包衣膜材料,药物释放基本符合零级动力方程.素片包衣增重以7.06%为宜.
N-phthaloyl chitosan is prepared into suspension solution coated on plain tablets of propranolol hydrochloride.Sustained-release performance of N-phthaloyl chitosan is tested by using coating tablet as example.The result shows that medicine is slowly released at zero level It is the best that plain coating tablets's weight increment is 7.06%.
