插层型聚合物基纳米复合材料是最近十年中才迅速发展起来的新型复合材料,由于其具备非常均匀的微观结构与强相界面粘结强度,可以提供较常规聚合物复合材料更为优秀的机械性能、耐热性以及气体液体的阻隔性能,因而具有广泛的应用前景.简要地介绍了插层型聚合物基纳米复合材料的制备机理、研究现状以及应用领域,并对其发展前景进行了讨论.
