Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2合金具有良好的非晶形成能力。研究了Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2母合金棒堆焊层的组织和性能。结果表明:在非晶纳米晶基体上分布着αFe固熔体以及析出的Fe3P、Fe2B、Fe3B、Fe3C相,堆焊层具有很高的硬度。
Fe74Al4Sn2P10Si4B4C2 alloy has a high glassforming ability. A surface welding experiment was conducted with a prealloy rod and structure and properties of the layer were studied. The results show that αFe solid solution is distributed in nanocrystalline and amorphous matrix and Fe3P, Fe2B, Fe3B, and Fe3C are precipitated and hence the overlay welding layer has a high hardness.
