结合马钢IF钢板坯生产实践，系统分析了影响IF钢连铸结晶器液面波动的因素，并采取了相应措施，有效控制结晶器液面波动，降低了IF钢的夹杂率，为稳态浇铸IF钢提供保证。
Combining the IF steel slab caster production practice of Masteel, the influence factors of mould level fluctuation were analyzed; and corresponding measures were taken to effectively control mould level fluctuation.The inclusion rate of IF steel was reduced and steady casting was guaranteed.
