利用拉伸试验机和EBSD技术分析研究了2A97铝锂合金力学性能的各向异性与不同热处理状态的微观织构变化.结果表明,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率随取样方向呈现一定的各向异性.合金微观织构的变化引起了其各向异性.在TD-ND截面上,时效0h和16h的立方织构{001} <100>含量比时效0.5h多,降低合金的各向异性.随着时效时间的增加,合金各个截面上的再结晶织构含量都有所增加.时效16h时,试样再结晶织构与变形织构的百分含量相差最小,且在各个截面上分布比较均匀,其强度各向异性指标最小,改善了各向异性.
