本文采用高温固相法和溶剂热法合成了纳米钙钛矿型复合氟化物KCaF3粉末.通过XRD及TEM分析确定所制备的样品具有钙钛矿的空间构型,平均粒径在100m以下,属于纳米级.以可见光为光源、酸性红3B和KGL蓝为降解对象进行了光催化降解试验,并以染料溶液的脱色率对系列样品的光催化活性进行表征.结果表明:钙钛矿型复合氟化物KCaF3具有较高的光催化活性,不同制备方法所得样品的催化活性不同;表面吸附氧是其光催化活性的重要影响因素.
