胆道支架是介入治疗胆道狭窄、胆管梗阻的有效手段之一,术后胆道的再阻塞问题严重制约着胆道支架的临床应用,而支架材料与胆汁各成分的相互作用直接影响到远期疗效,对支架材料的研究是研制新型胆道支架中最基础的工作.介绍了用于胆道的各种支架材料及应用中出现的问题,分析了材料与胆汁的相互作用及再阻塞机制,展望了胆道支架材料的研究前景.
