通过酯化反应合成了四种含有不同体积的侧基结构的聚酯二元醇,然后以1,4-丁二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为扩链剂制备出聚氨酯胶膜。用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了聚酯二元醇的分子量,用差示扫描量热(DSC)分析了聚氨酯的热转变,通过分子量与酸值的变化对比了胶膜的耐水解性。研究结果表明,以2-乙基-1,3-己二醇为原料制备的聚氨酯胶膜由于具有较大体积的侧基结构,导致玻璃化温度降低、结晶能力降低。与以1,3-丙二醇为原料制备的聚氨酯胶膜相比,拉伸强度从28 MPa降低到15.2 MPa;但是水解失重最小、水解产物的酸值最低,表明大体积的侧基结构有助于提高聚氨酯胶膜的耐水解性。
Four kinds of polyester polyols (PEPO) with different alkyl side groups were synthesized from adipic acid and diol by condensation polymerization, and then polyurethane (PU) film was prepared from polyurethane- prepolymer and the chain extender 1, 4-butanediol (BDO). The average molecular weight of PEPO was measured by gel permeation in chromatography (GPC). The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results, mechanical properties and hydrothermal stability of the PU were studied. Compared with the properties of four kinds of PU, the PU film prepared from the PEPO with a larger side group shows lower Zg, crystallinity and mechanical properties ( 15MPa of tensile strength), but lower mass loss and acid value after hydrolysis treatment. The results indicate that the larger side groups provide the better hydrolytic stability of polyurethane film.
