利用加热法合成了标题配合物[Cu(abpa)(pht)] pht·CH3OH(Hpht:苯妥英,即5,5-二苯基-2,2咪唑烷酮; abpa:(2-氨基乙基)-二(氨基丙基)胺),采用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析、X-射线单晶衍射等技术对其结构进行了表征.该晶体属三斜晶系,Pī空间群,晶胞参数:a= 0.8497(2) nm,b= 1.4120(3) nm,c=1.7150(3) nm,α= 67.544(2) °,β= 87.434(3) °,γ=76.842(3) °;V=1.8496(6) nm3,Dc=1.387 mg/m3,Z=2,F(000)=814,μ=0.646 mm-1,R1= 0.0980,wR2 = 0.2180 [I>2σ(I)].每个配合物分子由一个(2-氨基乙基)-二(氨基丙基)胺苯妥英合Cu(II)阳离子、一个苯妥英阴离子及一个溶剂化甲醇分子构成;配合物中每个Cu(II) 离子与来自一个苯妥英的1个N 原子和一个(2-氨基乙基)-二(氨基丙基)胺的4个N原子配位, 形成畸变的三角双锥结构单元.利用琼脂扩散法和单片滤纸法测试了配合物、配体和铜盐的抑菌活性,结果表明,它们对4种植物致病真菌和3种细菌均有一定的抑菌活性.
