研究了液固比和氧化镁煅烧温度对磷酸镁生物骨胶固化时间的影响,并分析了生物骨胶的相组成、微观结构。结果表明:降低液固比或提高氧化镁煅烧温度,生物骨胶的固化时间有所增加;生物骨胶主要由未参与反应的氧化镁和水化产物构成,内部含有大量微裂纹,分析认为很可能是由于固化过程中释放的热应力及固化过程中体积发生膨胀引起的。
Magnesium phosphate bone cement(MPC) was prepared using magnesium oxide,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and deionized water.Effect of solid/liquid ratio,calicination temperature of magnesium oxide on setting time of the bone cement was studied,and the phases and microstructure of the MPC were also examined.The results indicate that the setting time increased as the decrease of the solid/liquid ratio and increased as the increase of magnesium oxide calcination temperature.Magnesium phosphate bone cement is composed of magnesium oxide and hydrate products,and a large amount of cracks existed in the bone cement possibly because of the thermal stress and volume expansion during solidifying.
