采用原子发射光谱仪、显微硬度计、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等对洗衣机用PH-INT-PC 4×14.5自攻螺钉的断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明:螺钉断裂是由于在酸洗、电镀过程中造成的渗氢及随后去氢处理不完全所引起的氢脆断裂;改进酸洗和电镀工艺,在镀锌后尽快进行去氢处理,可防止自攻螺钉发生氢脆断裂.

The fracture failure cause of the PH-INT-PC 4×14.5 tapping screw used for washing machine was analyzed by means of optical emission spectrometry, micro-hardness tester, optical microscopy, the scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The results show that the fracture of the screw was due to hydrogen embrittlement brought during manufacture process of both pickling and galvanizing of screw. In order to avoid the hydrogen embrittlement of the tapping screw, the technical parameters of the pickling and galvanizing have been modified, and hydrogen should be relieved after galvanizing as soon as possible.
