针对低合金耐磨钢的性能要求,以日本住友金属生产的"Sumihard-K400"低合金耐磨钢为研究对象,研究了不同淬火温度和回火温度与组织性能的关系,得到硬度、冲击韧性的良好配合,以满足高强度耐磨钢的使用要求。研究结果表明:经淬火加低温回火后的板条马氏体组织与K400原始组织相近。当淬火温度从900℃上升到1 000℃时,硬度逐渐上升,但晶粒发生粗化。350℃以下温度回火后硬度在393 HV以上,达到NM400的硬度要求,回火脆性区间在300~400℃之间。经950℃淬火加250℃回火后硬度达到了459 HV,冲击功达到80 J,综合力学性能良好。
According to the property requirement to low-alloy wear-resistant steels,the effects of heat treatment process on microstructures and properties of "Sumihard-K400" from Sumitomo Metal were analyzed,and heat treatment process parameters were determined to obtain a higher hardness and adequate toughness.The results indicate that the lath martensite microstructure of experimental steel after quenching and tempering is similar with the original K400.The hardness and grain size increase with increasing quenching temperature.The embrittling temperature range is from 300 ℃ to 400 ℃.After quenching at 950 ℃ and tempering at 250 ℃,the experimental steels have good properties that the hardness is 459 HV and the toughness is 80 J.
