针对模糊RBF系统中各参量取值的盲目性和随意性,提出了采用遗传算法对其参量初始值和权值进行优化,实现初冷器管压力的预测控制,进而智能协调各集气管道压力。试验表明,该系统不仅保证了集气管间压力调节的协调性、稳定性和快速性,而且提高了系统的精确性、自适应性和鲁棒性。
Aim at the randomness and blindness of the parameters, the genetic algorithm was presented to optimize initial value and weight of parameter and to realize predictive control pressure of primary gas cooler and coordinate control pressure control of coke oven collectors. The results show the system not only can ensure the coordination, rapidity and stability among all collectors, but also can effectively improve the precision, adaptive ability and robustness.
