通过分析研究常见的各类金属氧化物避雷器故障事故,全面系统地总结了不同故障类型的特点以及故障检测步骤.以一起±800 kV直流换流站避雷器故障为研究对象,还原故障经过,通过保护动作分析和现场试验,确定了故障位置;根据解体检查分析,结合避雷器故障特点,发现故障是由于避雷器积污严重引起阀片劣化,造成电阻片缺陷、沿面绝缘不良.避雷器在承受电压时产生局部过热引起热崩溃,造成避雷器内部击穿.通过研究污秽引起避雷器劣化的机理,提出了防污措施,经过实际工程验证,所提出的措施可有效改善积污情况.

Through analyzing the usual fault types of MOA, we summarized the different characteristics of fault types and fault detection steps. Taking a MOA fault in ± 800 kV DC converter station as research object, we reviewed its fault process, and determined the fault location by protection analysis and field test. According to the disintegration analysis and the fault characteristics of MOA, it was found that the MOA was polluted seriously, which leads to deterioration of value plate, making the MOA produce local overheating and thermal runaway when withstanding voltage, causing breakdown of MOA. Finally, based on the deterioration mechanism of MOA, some anti-pollution measures were proposed, and the measures were proved to improve the pollution condition effectively.
