以重均相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布不同的4种聚丙烯树脂为基材,并在聚丙烯(PP)分子链上引入长链支化,通过熔融挤出得到流延基膜,经拉伸后形成微孔膜.采用凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜等方法分析表征了PP树脂相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布和长链支化结构对PP流延基膜片晶结构和微孔膜结构的影响.结果表明,PP树脂相对分子质量增加可以使基膜片晶取向度增大,相对分子质量分布较窄的基膜具有更高的片晶取向度.流延基膜的取向片晶结构越完善,拉伸后形成的微孔数量越多,孔分布越均匀.微孔膜结构也与片晶间连接链密度以及长短连接链比例有关,适当比例的长短连接链分布可以获得较好的孔形态.在线型PP中添加少量长链支化聚丙烯(LCB-PP)可以改善基膜的取向片晶结构,提高微孔膜的孔隙率和透气性,但LCB-PP含量较高时导致片晶取向度下降,孔隙率和透气性下降.
