Zn-Mg合金镀层比传统的Zn镀层具有更高的耐腐蚀性能.以十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和聚乙二醇作添加剂,在硫酸盐溶液中制备出Zn-Mg合金镀层,运用SEM,XRD,电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了其在3.5%NaCl 溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在2种添加剂的协同作用下可获得含0.35%Mg的Zn-Mg合金镀层;腐蚀初期,Mg的存在导致Zn-Mg合金镀层的腐蚀电位和电化学阻抗值较低,随着腐蚀时间的延长,Mg不断被消耗,Zn-Mg合金镀层表面能较快地形成保护性腐蚀产物膜,使其腐蚀电位和阻抗值不断升高,因而具有较好的耐蚀性能.
