本文研究了MgO和SiO2微量添加剂对高纯Al2O3陶瓷机械性能的影响,并将SiO2含量控制在0.4wt%,通过改变MgO的添加量来研究材料的机械性能变化.结果发现,当MgO含量降低时,综合性能随之升高,当MgO含量为0.2wt%时,Al2O3陶瓷出现最好综合性能,致密度达到99.2%,维氏硬度20.22 GPa,抗弯强度417.7 MPa.并且分析了MgO-SiO2微量添加剂对材料致密度、力学性能以及显微结构的影响,讨论了材料力学性能与显微结构之间的关系.
