用GB/T10834—2008和ASTMD870—02标准,考察了基体表面不同可溶性盐含量对氯化橡胶涂层耐蚀性能的影响,根据GB/T1766—2008对浸泡后涂层进行腐蚀等级评定,并用SEM观察涂层腐蚀形貌。结果表明:试样涂层明显可见的破坏方式的时间顺序依次是起泡、剥落和锈蚀;由于基体表面存在可溶性盐,使得ASTM标准中使用的去离子水比GB标准中使用的盐水对涂层的破坏更严重,去离子水的渗透性更强;可溶性盐含量在28.02—43.92mg/m^2之间时是涂层破坏转变区间,可以认为43.92mg/m^2是临界值。
The experiment invested the effect of soluble salts content of substrate surface on the anti- corrosive properties of the coating by GB/T 10834-2008 and ASTM D870-02 standards, and corrosion results were evaluated according to the GB/T 1766-2008 specification. Besides, the morphologies of the coating after immerged were observed by SEM. The result shows that the time order of visible damage of the coating is blistering, flaking and rusting respectively. It is more permeative of the deionized water used by ASTM standard than the salt water used by GB due to the existence of soluble salt on the matrix, which has great attack on the coating. The range of soluble salt changes from 28.02 mg/m^2 to 43.92 mg/m^2, which makes the coating damage dramatically, so we think the threshold value is about 43.92 mg/m^2.
