采用粉末冶金方法制备AlNiCrFeMo0.2CoCu (x=0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0)高熵合金,研究Fe元素对合金组织和性能的影响.对4 种合金进行XRD分析,发现当x=0.5、1.0和1.5时,有bcc、fcc和σ相组成,当x=2.0时,合金只有bcc和fcc两相.4种合金硬度随着Fe含量的增加而降低,当x=0.5时,布氏硬度为3170MPa,x=2.0时,布氏硬度为2290MPa.对合金进行压缩实验发现,断裂强度均超过1100 MPa,且具有较好的塑性.
