综述了油气开发中的CO2腐蚀特点、机理及预测模型.CO2腐蚀是一种典型的局部 腐蚀,腐蚀产物(FeCO3)或结垢产物(CaCO3)在钢铁表面不同的区域覆盖度不同.不同覆 盖度的区域之间形成了具有很强自催化特性的腐蚀电偶,CO2的局部腐蚀就是这种腐蚀电 偶作用的结果.建立CO2腐蚀速率预测模型对于油井管和集输管线的抗腐蚀设计具有重要 意义.
The paper reviews the features,the mechanism and the forecast model of CO2 corrosion in oil and gas exploitation.Generally,CO2 c orrosion is a typical localized corrosion,which causes a serious economy loss.Th e corrosion product(FeCO3) or scale (CaCO3) deposited on different areas of steel.With different coverage,different areas form some corrosion coup les with self-catalytic feature.It is the corrosion couples that result in CO2 localized corrosion.It is of great significance to establish a forecast model o f CO2 corrosion for protection of tubes and design of anti-corrosion in oilfie ld.
