Preparation and magnetic properties of Ni-Mn ferrite nanocrystals doped with Nd ions

利用乳胶法合成Ni0.7Mn0.3NdxFe2-xO4铁氧体纳米粉末.采用TGA-DTA、XRD、FT-IR等手段对纳米粉末的结构进行了表征.纳米粉末的粒度为5.5～62.3nm.制备出超顺磁性纳米粉末.
