采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法在纳米二氧化硅(SiO<,2>)粒子表面接枝聚苯乙烯(PS),并以此对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行改性.红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及力学性能等测试结果表明,所制备的SiO<,2>-g-PS纳米复合粒子在HDPE中分散比较均匀,使HDPE/SiO<,2>-g-PS复合材料的缺口冲击强度及拉伸强度均明显高于纯HDPE及HDPE/SiO<,2>复合材料.加入相容剂苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)后,SiO<,2>-g-PS纳米复合粒子在HDPE中分散更加均匀,HDPE/SiO<,2>-g-PS复合材料的力学性能进一步提高.
