采用熔融插层法制备了PBT/MMT纳米复合材料.XRD、TEM等表征结果说明,PBT/MMT体系为部分剥离的插层型纳米复合材料;MMT的加入并未改变基体PBT的α型晶体结构,但起到明显的成核作用,使PBT微晶尺寸变小;复合材料的流变学研究表明,复合体系具有剪切变稀的特性,其趋势明显强于基体.较低温度下,当MMT的质量分数超过3%时,随剪切作用增强,熔体中分散的MMT晶粒形成的三维逾渗网络结构遭到破坏,体系表现为很强的剪切敏感;相同温度较高剪切作用下,复合材料表观黏度小于基体,有利于成型加工.
