将聚氯乙烯及其共混发泡材料与无机吸声材 料混合,研制了一种新型吸声物材料,其平均吸声系数为0.5左右,尤其是中低频吸声性能 ,明显优于其它吸声材料。文中讨论了厚度、容重、无机物含量及粒径分布等因素对吸声性 能的影响,并在瑞利模型基础上建立了吸声系数与厚度关系的数学模型。

A new sound-absorbing material made from polyvinyl chloride(PVC) or its blending material and inorganic material, which i s good in low frequency absorption, was introduced. The absorption coefficient( α0) was measured to determine the performance of the sound absorbers. T he effects of material parameters such as the thickness, the unit weight, the co ntent and size of the inorganic material on the absorption characteristics had b een studied. The experiments show that the absorption coefficient increases with the thickness increasing. Moreover, the unit weight, the content and size of in organic material have optimum ranges to suit the needs of the different sound ab sorbing occasions, such as construction, engineering and miltiary industry.
