以L-乳酸和ε-己内酯为原料,采用L-丙交酯与ε-己内酯在辛酸亚锡(Sn(oct)2)催化下开环共聚,制备了高分子质量的3种不同的聚(L-丙交酯-co-己内酯)(P(LLA-CL))无规共聚物,即P(LLA-CL)85/15、P(LLA-CL) 75/25和P(LLA-CL)65/35无规共聚物;并用红外光谱和核磁共振对其结构进行了确认.采用纤维取向模压成型,对3种P(LLA-CL)材料中己内酯含量与材料性能之间的关系进行了研究.研究发现,P(LLA-CL)85/15、P(LLA-CL) 75/25和P(LLA-CL)65/35都是部分结晶的,它们的力学强度、结晶度、玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度随着己内酯含量的增加而降低,并发现3种P(LLA-CL)原材料经加工后,结晶度都有所降低.
