以废旧锂离子电池为原料,采用水热法制备出纳米晶钴铁氧体,并对制备过程的影响因素进行了探讨,借助于X-衍射(XRD)对各制备条件下的产物进行了跟踪检测,且通过扫描电镜(SEM)、震动样品磁强计(VSM)等表征方法对产物的形貌、磁性能进行了表征.结果表明,钴铁氧体适宜的制备条件为:溶液pH值为11.0,水热温度为140 ℃,水热时间为12 h,铁钴的物质的量比例为2.0:1.0.此条件下制得的产品的剩余磁化强度为50.09 emu/g,矫顽力为1325.0 Oe,饱和磁化强度为101.8 emu/g.
