通过溶液共混的方法得到了一系列PPDO/PDLLA生物可降解复合物.利用差示扫描量热法(DSC),配带热台的偏光显微镜(POM)和X射线衍射法(XRD)研究了聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)与外消旋聚乳酸(PDLLA)共混物的结晶行为.结果表明,PPDO/PDLLA复合物的DSC曲线具有两个明显不同的T_g,分别与其均聚物的T_g相对应,说明二者是不相客的,同时PDLLA的加入并未明显影响PPDO的晶体结构,同时PDLLA的存在提高了PPDO的结晶度,并显著加速了PPDO的结晶过程.

A series of biodegradable polymers were prepared by solution co-precipitation of poly(para-dioxanone) (PPDO) and poly (DL-lactide) (PDLLA) in various blend ratios. The influence of PDLLA on the crystalline characteristics of PPDO was researched using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). DSC curves for all blends revealed two discrete glass transition temperatures (T_g) which were nearly constant regardless of composition and matched the values for pure PPDO and pure PDLLA, suggesting that PPDO and PDLLA are immiscible. At the same time all results suggest that PDLLA in this system dose not influence crystalline structure of PPDO and consideraly promote PPDO crystallzation.
