研究了时效处理对轧制Al-5 Fe基合金组织和断口形貌的影响.结果表明:轧制Al-5Fe基合金经过固溶时效处理后,在基体中能析出Mg2Si球状相及块状的Al-Si-Mn-Fe相和Al-Si-Mn-Fe-Mg相,随着时效时间的增加,β相在晶界上不断地析出,吸收了它附近的溶质和空位原子,形成了无析出带,使合金性能降低.断口分析表明,时效后合金的断裂方式均为韧窝断裂和沿晶断裂的混合型,断口中心的硬质粒子是断裂的发源.
