以环氧树脂(E51)和乙氧基封端聚合物二醇(D3403)为原料,制备了环氧功能化非离子型水性聚氨酯(EPU),并与聚丙烯酸酯(PA)制备了EPU/PA共混乳液,研究了EPU/PA共混材料的性能.结果表明,随着共混材料中聚氨酯组分的增加,乳液粒径减小、粒度分布变窄;红外分析显示环氧基在分子链间产生作用,提高了2种聚合物的相容性,结合原子力显微镜分析显示2种聚合物无明显相分离现象EPU/PA的tanδ-温度曲线上出现的单玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和Davies方程拟合曲线表明2种聚合物的相容性较好;随聚氨酯组分的增加,涂膜的断裂伸长率由135%增大到337%,断裂强度由11.5 MPa增大到34.4 MPa;共混涂膜的热稳定性明显优于EPU.
