采用Gleeble3500热模拟试验机对403Nb马氏体叶片钢在单道次和双道次热压缩条件下的再结晶动力学行为进行了研究.经过计算得出了403Nb钢热压缩变形时的流变应力方程、静态再结晶动力学方程、静态再结晶品粒尺寸模型以及亚动态再结晶动力学方程.403Nb钢在1100℃~1150 ℃,应变速率在0.01~1s~(-1)的条件下,发生较明显的动态再结晶.在变形组织中有细小孪晶牛成,孪晶尺寸为30~100 nm.
Recrystallization behavior of 403Nb martensite blade steel under one and double pass hot compressions was investigated on a Gleeble-3500 simulator. Modelling of reerystallization kinetics of the hot deformed steel was obtained. The flow stress formula under hot compression, kinetics equation of static recrystallization, model of static-recrystallized grain size and kinetics equation of metadynamicrecrystallization for the steel were deduced based on experiment and calculation. Dynamic recrystallization occurs when 403Nb is deformed at 1100 -1150 ℃ and strain rate of 0. 01 -1s~(-1). There are some thin twins formed in the deformed steel, size of the twins is 30 -100 nm.
