利用DSC、WAXD和POM技术对比研究了乳酸锌及其纳米线对聚乳酸结晶行为、熔融行为、晶体结构和形态的影响。研究结果表明,与普通乳酸锌相比,具有高比表面积和长径比的乳酸锌纳米线是一种更为有效的成核剂,为聚乳酸结晶提供了更多的活化晶核,起到了异相成核的作用,既提高了聚乳酸的结晶温度、结晶度和结晶速率,又降低了球晶的尺寸,使得球晶的分布更加均匀致密。乳酸锌及其纳米线的加入对聚乳酸的晶体生长方式、晶体结构和晶型没有产生影响。

Effects of zinc lactate(ZL) and zinc lactate nano-wires(ZLNW) on the crystallization behavior,melting behavior,crystalline structure and morphology of poly(lactic acid) were investigated contrastively by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and polarizing optical microscopy(POM).The results showed that zinc lactate nano-wires was a more effective nucleating agent in comparison to normal zinc lactate,supplied more activated nuclei for the crystallization of poly(lactic acid),played a role in heterogeneous nucleation,enhanced the crystallization temperature,degree of crystallinity and crystallization rate,additionally,the spherulites became smaller and more homogeneous.The crystal growth manner,crystalline structure and crystal form of poly(lactic acid) were not changed with the incorporation of zinc lactate and zinc lactate nano-wires.
