采用柠檬酸溶胶燃烧法合成了Ca_3(VO_4)_2:Eu~(3+)红色发光材料.利用XRS、SEM、荧光分光光度计等测试分析方法研究了合成温度、柠檬酸用量以及Eu~(3+)含量等对合成样品组成、结构、显微特征和发光性能的影响.结果表明,采用柠檬酸溶胶燃烧法可以在700~1000℃范围内合成纯度高、结晶度好、粒度均匀的Ca_3(VO_4)_2:Eu~(3+)红色发光粉.优化条件为温度900℃、n(柠檬酸):n(Ca~(2+)+V~(5+))=0.8、Eu~(3+)摩尔分数6%,合成产物的红光发光效果最好.
A red emitting phosphor Ca_3(VO_4)_2:Eu~(3+) is synthesized by a citric acid(CA)-assisted sol combustion method and characterized by X-ay diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence spectropbotometer.The influences of processing parameters,such as synthesis temperature,the amounts of citric acid and the concentration of Eu~(3+),on phase compositions,microscopic characteristics and luminescent properties are investigated systematically.Results show that the Ca_3(VO_4)_2:Eu~(3+) phosphor with high phase purity,good crystallinity and uniform distribution of particle size can be obtained by this citric acid-assisted sol combustion route at the synthesis temperature from 700℃ to 1000℃.The sample prepared at T=900℃,n(CA):n(Ca~(2+) +V~(5+) )=0.8,Eu~(3+) mol%=6mol% has the highest emission intensity in this work.
