基于文献及我们的研究结果,对以玻璃转变温度(Tg),晶化开始温度(Tx)和液相线温度(Tl)这3个特征温度表示的合金玻璃形成能力(GFA)判据进行分析和对比.这些判据包括Trg=Tg/Tl、ΔTx=Tx-Tg、γ=Tx/(Tg+Tl)、ΔTrg=(Tx-Tg)/(Tl-Tg)、α=Tx/Tl、β=Tx/Tg+Tg/Tl、δ=Tx/(Tl-Tg)、β=TxTg/(Tl-Tx)2、φ=Trg(ΔTx/Tg)0.143、γm=(2Tx-Tg)/Tl和ω=Tg/Tx-2Tg/(Tg+Tl).统计分析结果表明:参数ω与非晶合金的GFA有最强的相关性.基于非晶玻璃形成能力的物理本质及分析上述判据,非晶合金的GFA与Tg/Tl和Tx/Tg这2个值成正比,其中Tg/Tl反映合金熔体冷却时的液相稳定性,而Tx/Tg反映合金加热时的抗晶化能力.
