在反应自由能计算、DTA和X射线衍射实验的基础上,从热力学和动力学角度系统分析了原位合成MoSi2—SiC复合材料过程中相形成的基本规律,获得对合成工艺的温度、加热速度及时间的指导性结论.
On the basis of the thermodynamic calculation,XRD and DTA measurements, in view of thermodynamics and kinetics, the phase formation involved in the processing of reactively in situ reactive synthesis of MoSi2-SiC composites are systematically analyzed. Proper heating rate, sintering temperature, and sintering time are recommended.
