研究了化学热处理(固体粉末法渗B)310SS后在气氛总压为10 5 Pa的2.3%SO2—S2—8.8%N2环境中600℃下的高温腐蚀行为.结果表明,固渗B在 基体材料表面生成了(Fe,Ni)2B、(Fe,Ni)B,影响了Cr元素在试样表面的分布,使渗B试样 在腐蚀初期腐蚀速度较快.固渗B涂层对310SS抗高温气体腐蚀能力影响不大.
The high temperature corrosion behavior of 310SS (s tainless steel) treated by boronizing in 2.3%SO2/S2/8.8%N2 under 105 Pa at 600℃had been investigated.Boronizing treatment resulted in formation of (Fe, Ni)2B and (Fe,Ni)B on the surface of 310SS.Corrosion of Boronizing sample s howed rapid rate in initial stages for small of Cr in outer scale.However,the bo ronizing coating had negligible effect on the corrosion resistance of 310SS.
